Coneower and Prairie 0820
The Coneflower is one of my favorite wildflowers and I love finding it in the prairies around. This photo of the coneflower, echinacea purpurea, was taken with a special wide angle lens that lets you see the flowers around and the beautiful blue sky. Makes you feel like you are right out in the prairie with the flowers. This was taken at Mount Vernon Prairie in Missouri.
