Drop! Wild Sunflower Bud with Sunflower Resin Drop
I love walking the prairies looking for interesting wildflowers, butterflies and insects. This trip to a Missouri prairie I found something new. It was the bud to a wild sunflower, Helianthus annuus, and coming out of it was a drop of sunflower resin – how very interesting!! This one even has the reflection of the sky in it.
